this is the 70th post! i am still very slow, i must say. jeanne is crazy. she has like 200 posts ok! but her blog skin is really cool.anyway, these past few days have been pretty boring... sunday. there was nothing much. family arranged meeting with the wongs at east coast for dinner. originally we were supposed to bike, but i duno why we didnt. there was that performance thing outside the hawker center as usual. the one with the huge half watermelon as the backdrop. i watched the entire performance at least 3 times. i like the one with the gold bar. they put 2 sets of gold bars (probably blocks of wood painted gold), each set about 4 blocks, on a bench. at first they do a handstand on the bench between the bars, then they do a hand stand on the bars (one hand one set), then they push off the gold bars one by one. while still doing a hand stand. cool lor. then after that the younger ones insisted on playing catching. and they tried dragging me along. it didnt work. but then joy got hold of my watch and i had to get it from her. the hard way. so i was forced into playing monkey with them.. until i got so fed up that immediately after joy threw the watch to my sister i literally dived after it. yes.. then i got it. and my sister is quite nice to land on, actually. but i was coaxed and blackmailed into playing catching. yea. then on monday... i wasted my morning away.. first i had to do chores. then after that i talked on the phone for about a good hour or so. i was supposed to meet my mum for lunch at 11.45, so i kept thinking i had another hour. then i realised i had to BE THERE by 11.45 and ended up rushing. alot. so much such that i only put on socks in the bus. anyhow.. i reached raffles place at about 12.10 or so. but it wasnt too bad cus my mum had a meeting prior to ours. she bought one of those subway sandwiches for us to share. and the subway sandwiches are HUGE ok! i cant believe my sister finished one on her own before. anyhow.. then came the dreaded dental appointment. but it was good cus the dentist was a friend's of my dad's, so i knew him and it helps to know the person about to torture you. i thought i was going to have all 4 extractions at one shot, but thankfully, no. only one. for the extraction i recieved 5 injections. first one was ok. he injected a little, then talk talk talk. sth about his daughter i think. apparently she is in the same school as i, and in the same level too. pearly tan. 1i this year, 2i next year. then he injected the second one. again, only a little, then talk talk talk. duno what he was talking about this time. wasnt important. then the 3rd one, he injected the whole thing. then another on the inside of the cheek - i have no idea what for- followed by another on the gum the the last one (which really hurt alot) on the pellet. in case you are as clueless as i, the pellet is the roof of your mouth. where there is really very little flesh. and hence you end up hurting alot. yea then i shall not go on to describe the extraction, for reasons i also do not plan on telling you. no, it was not because i cried. sorry to disappoint, but i did not cry. after that i was in no shape to go home. i had a guaze in my mouth for goodness sake! imagine riding a train with that. plus the fact that i was supposed to change it every 20 min. so i just stayed at my mum's office. but because i knew i was approaching the end of the book i had brought along, i made her buy me a magazine to read. she was fine by it, until she saw the price. 12.90. haha. by then it was too late cus the cashier already scanned it in, so she paid grudgingly. its not my fault i only like overseas' magazines. then the rest of the day went ok.. just reading. until about 6 then we went home together. um.. then on tues, i had to wake up early because my group for the prefects' camp has FINALLY decided to meet up to discuss the cheer and badge thing. i arrived like 1 hr early, because my father could only give me a lift then. and no way was i gona go all the way home from breakfast and go all the way back after that. after that i sorta wasted the day away on the computer again. (just like i'm doing now.) today itself nothing happened much in the morning... had chi tuition. stupid teacher ended late and made me late. i was supposed to meet celeste at 1, but i only arrived at 1.20... stupid stupid stupid. yea anyway. we agreed to take turns showing each other our "hometowns", you could say. so we had a lunch date at northpoint today, and we'll have another at a shopping centre near her house... anyway. after finally finding her, (it was really complicated. she kept telling me she was outside the bank at the mrt. and kept asking her "there's a bank?? where?" and then she said "no, its an atm." so there was a little confusion) we went to buy movie tickets. i think the movies that are showing now all look pretty lousy. but the one we saw, the gameplan, was okayokay la.. wasnt fantastic or anything. then we had lunch at the foodcourt. i like the korean food there. without the tomyam, of course. then we were late (whats new?) for the movie by about 10 min but we only missed commercials. after the movie we went to take neoprint. i really like drawing all over the pictures. you can actually draw all over people's faces and they tell you "very nice very nice!". so yea. then after that we walked around and went to look at the esprit shop, since celeste really loved esprit. but little did we all expect i was the one who actually bought something. i spent about 50 odd there. but it was money spent well, okay.... then she had to go so we parted our ways. oh yes! the classes for next year are already out, if you didnt know. on the lead website. next year i'll be in 2m, and in the same class as: -jia wen -delia -evangeline -jia xuan -jeanne -jennifer -justina -cheryl -siyan -dorothy -naomi -alysia -melissa -sue huey -tan hong -celeste -hui min quite a good bunch. except for one. but anyway. so sad lar... wanrui didnt make it into the class.. shes in 2h i think... but at least she still has tracey. theyre in the same class next year... oh yes i finally downloaded all the pictures from the pizza hut outing. ill show you all except one, because i was particularly high. too bad, you aint gona see it. if you are really keen to see me at my worst, you could always go bother sue huey. she has a copy i think. ask her about the spongebob pizza hut picture of zoe. no, it has nothing to do with spongebob. ok ok. the pictures.  im not in this one, because i took it.  the people of my table. tammy's missing though. because she took it.  i dont know why rachel is in the picture. she didnt sit at my table. just extra, i guess. anyway, the main idea of this picture was that everybody holds up a number and makes it a pose. yea.  the phone and the knights of the round table. ok theres this picture im not sure i should post... its of weiyi... looking VERY VERY bimbotic. if i do post it, it will just prove my point that she IS indeed a bimbo. you cant deny it weiyi. because if you do, i'll just tell you youre in denial, which is when people deny what they are. so you cannot deny the truth! yes.. pizza hut was fun... ill go stick up the neoprint i took with celeste today at some point of time when i decide to turn on the scanner. ok thats all the time i have allowed myself to waste on blogger. / 8:38 PM · |
