the day after the last post i made was 16aug, which was when my family went out to celebrate my sis' bday, as there was no sch for both of us. for her, it was due to the p6 oral. (a belated good luck to all p6s.) me, e-learning. so, first, we went to the hawker center near my grandparents' old house to have kuay zup(pardon my spelling.). but the stall was closed. so i had that pink rice thingy and carrot cake, both of which was shared between my sister and i. then we went to sentosa, to ride the luge. we manage to surprise my sis, as we told her theo had a sch outing and we had to drop him off there. we managed to bluff so well, that even my brother himself believed that this was the case. ha!

while on the luge, i manage to drive with my elbows and knees so that i could take pictures at the same time. this worked out quite well, until we came to the stopping part, and the guy positioned there told me off.

then we went to vivo to watch rush hour 3. there isnt much of an up and down storyline, but i gotta give it to them, its really damn funny.. then we walked around at the stores, but there wasnt anything that appealed. so we had lunch at that place, which name i cant rmb. its on the top floor of vivo, on the roof i believe. oh well. i didnt like it. they were so rude. when i ordered a pasta at one of the stations, it took me so long just to get the guy'a sttention. he kept serving other ppl behind me. so once the pasta finally came, they had these dressing thingies on the side of the table, so i took half the bread they provided and my sister spilled the cheese on the counter. then only we went to eat, and in the end, i didnt even like the pasta. the only nice thing was the meat thing my dad ordered, so by the time he came back to the table, me and my sis had already finished half of it.

then we went to the iceskating rink. i cant really skate fast, so after like 3 rounds i got bored and just sat at the benches. then my brother came along and he asked me to push him while he was using the metal bar thing. i reluctantly pushed him a round or so, then we saw our dad.

he cant skate either, so when he nearly crashed into this lady, they just both closed their eyes and screamed, until they passed each other. ha.

then we had dinner at the sakae sushi, which was ok...

yea. oh yea, the cameron highland pictures. i didnt manage to get many because my camera is nuts. everytime you put in batteries, after 10 min it tells you to change the batteries again. so after a while i got fed up and used my uncle's camera. but here are some of the pictures:

im so dead. im about to have chi tuition in about 15 min and i left all my hwk at sch.. die.

and im tried too. on fri was the be-yourself-day in sch; our class decided on a pirate theme. so i wore the class tee (it was compulsory by our class, although our own class chair didnt rmb. tsk. (: ) and jeans. then at sch, i put on one of the 5 bandanas i brought to contribute to the class, folded up my jeans so that it became 3-quater jeans, used celeste's eyeliner to draw "i love mum" tattoo on my arm, and borrowed one of rachel's hoop ear rings. and why i told you that, i dont know. anyway, after that wehad girls cell outing. we went to see hairspray. it is so much like the movie "grease" la.... but i enjoyed it all the same. i think john travolta did reasonably well considering the fact he's like what, 50, and he's playing a woman's role.

then on sat there was cheer practice, where i found out that huimin had sprained her ankle and so i had to base for her. i havent based since before the june sch hols! so i relearned how to base and got looks from nat for not knowing how to base and stuff. oh yea before the practice started nat baked a choc cake and we sang dion (coach, for those who do not know) a happy bdae song. the cake was really good. happy belated birthday, dion.

then my sis had a belated bdae celebration. i LOVE the wet and wild. so fun. except that you get wet. dang. so me, being smart, fantastic and brilliant (dont say anything, just agree), i brought another shirt, and put that over my original shirt, so my original shirt didnt get wet! yay me. of course i could have gotten wet and changed later, but that would mean finding a toilet, which i didnt want to. when i was queuing for the ride these bunch of boys cut my queue and they were being annoying. so i was in the boat after them, and there was one point during the ride where we could see each other, and they decided to try and annoy me further, and waved to me, shouting "BLACKMORE!! BLACKMORE!!" (i was wearing my house tee, i just came from cheer, rmb?) i thought no point getting mad, so i waved back shouting "HI!!! HI!!" and then they got pretty confused, maybe wondering if they really knew me. then i went to the haunted house, which was quite a disappointment really. but guess who i saw there? my "friends". so at one point of time it was really dark and i couldnt see anything, so i just stood there. then one of the boys were like "you go first! you go first!", to which i replied, "no no, ladies first." and nudged him forward. and then he didnt get what i was getting at, so he was like "huh? ladies first?" and then it was nearing the end of the trail so i just ran ahead. the only time i screamed was the 2nd time i went in, and that was because someone entered through the back door and scared me. yea. pretty pathetic.

the anniversary dinner, which went well. i was sitting next to nick. of all ppl. he made up names for me. "cheek" and "grese". he put "greek" and "chinese" together. then he put the 2 words he made up and it became "geek". so he was pretty amused with that, and repeated it the first half of the dinner. funny guy. then after that i didnt feel like staying put so we (caroline, me, occassionally wanteng, caylyn and priscilla too) kept roaming around the hall between dishes. but we missed some of them and returned to the table slightly late, to find nick had dished out for us, then he pointed to the plate and said "eat." he said i hadnt eaten much so i must eat. and so i ate. then a certain someone (caroline, i am refering to you.) forgot to bring levin's birthday present. so we just gave the card. oh yea oh yea, happy belated birthday, levin. even though this is my 3rd time saying happy birthday to him again, but its fun announcing everybody's birthday on blogs. the dinner ended at about 11, i think. by the time i slept i think it was about 1 i believe.

yea i gotta go now,, and oh my.. this was such a long post. so it should last me about 3 weeks before i have to post again, RIGHT?
